The workplace has changed yet we’re still working like it’s 1940. There have been several cases of companies reducing working time to 4-days a week (while maintaining the same pay as a 40-hour workweek) and guess what happened? Employees reported being happier and productivity increased. Shocker! Unfortunately most corporations won’t change unless they’re forced to. That’s why they hate unions. Every employee is protected under the National Labor Relations Act. Take advantage of it.
