One question has been echoing in my head lately: “If you were the main character in a movie about your life… what would the audience be screaming at you to do right now?” It forces you to zoom out. To stop reacting and start directing. Every time I ask it, the answer is usually obvious. It’s just the move I’ve been avoiding because it’s bigger, riskier, or requires stepping out of my comfort zone. Highly recommend giving yourself a “think day” and sitting with this one.
