Before RealScout became what it is today, we had to take a step back and rebuild it the right way. The former CFO of Dropbox looked me in the eye and told me I wasn’t the right CEO for my own company. She was right. Sometimes the most important thing you can do for something you love is get out of its way. I did the work, stepped back in, and we’ve been building ever since. 📈
