Back when Web3 was coming up, a few colleagues referred me into their companies because they could see that the products needed product and design expertise. But when I spoke with leadership, it became clear that they didn’t actually value that work. I think that mindset shows in the user experience, and it explains a lot about why Web3 never really gained much steam with everyday users. #web3 #crypto #uxdesign
