Dario's been on a fear-based marketing campaign for years now, and I wished he didn't succeed. But now it seems like it will play out exactly like this: frontier intelligence will be held behind closed doors for some undisclosed amount of time. In this time, privileged companies and individuals will be allowed to get X amount of time in their innovation and power forever. This feels terrible. Democratized AI is the only way to allow a golden age of shared success. #ai #future #llm #anthropic
