NVIDIA’s new cooling approach shows how AI infrastructure is moving from cold air rooms to hotter, fully liquid-cooled systems built for extreme compute density. The Rubin generation uses 100% liquid cooling, with coolant running warmer than a hot tub while still keeping chips within safe operating limits. The big shift is that data centers may no longer need to feel like freezers, because heat can be pulled directly from processors and rejected through dry coolers in the right locations. This…
