“We think that just because AI agents can produce code that that means that it becomes a less technical type of domain,” notes Box cofounder and CEO Aaron Levie. But that’s wrong, he argues in his AI Codecon talk. If anything, “this space is going to get more technical” because engineers will still need to understand all the technical considerations and trade-offs involved in building scalable solutions, whether deterministic or nondeterministic.
