OpenAI has reportedly confidentially filed for a U.S. IPO. If it goes public near the expected valuation, it could become one of the biggest IPOs in history. Reuters reported that OpenAI could target a valuation of up to $1 trillion, after its last reported private valuation was around $852 billion.
