I don’t deny that $1.4 million will get you less in 30 years then it will today but to say that it won’t get you anything is insane. You have to assume that your living expenses may be considerably lower by the time you retire. Most retirees spend less on housing, travel, food, and shopping. That being said, the big unknown is health care especially long…
