The gap between effort and reward has gotten longer. That’s why so many agents are giving up too soon. They stop calling their sphere. Stop sending market updates. Stop hosting open houses. Stop doing the simple work that compounds over time. They assume it’s not working. In reality, it just hasn’t paid off yet. Be consistent, patient, and execute relentlessly. The reward will come.
