2025 was an awful year. Cumulating three days ago in a back issue that left me on my knees, screaming for help. What a shit year. Truly. In 2025, I’ve endured some of the worst treatment of my life, but during those dark moments is also where the light shines brightest. I kept my dignity. I kept my silence. And I kept my INTEGRITY.
