First off, if you’re not having retros, you’re not doing it right. 10/10 recommend, even if you’re not working in tech. That said, I’ve always felt like after retros, the record sort of dissolves into the ether. It’s hard to look back at a pile of stickies and remember wtf we meant... So this Flow helps me preserve in the moment the richer context behind our conversation... that way I can come back to it…
