Mad respect @davidjypark ! Someone sent me this so just discovering you now. Your journey from 0 to Ironman to Moab 240 is very impressive to say the least! It shows that with hard work, dedication, the right mindset and attitude - anything is possible! We will get that workout in one day! But be forewarned- what people think I do and what I really do are two entirely different things! You might want to add in a couple more workouts within the day. All that said, most people’s attitude sucks…
