Mini-review: SoundPEATS H3. I'm a "frugal audiophile". I always look for best sound quality, but at a good price. The H3 earbuds are special in that regard: You get 3 drivers per side (1 dynamic + 2 balanced armature), for about $100. The sound quality compares to much pricier IEMs, in the $300 to $500 range.
