Made 🤤 Piet's Balls today: 1kg of minced meat (I use minced acém meat in Portugal, I think minced chuck steak in English, it's nice meat with some good fat) Then I use this pre-cut frozen garlic and onion, very good, let it defrost in a bowl a bit, it's frozen so the onion doesn't make you cry 👊 Then put it all together in a big bowl, add 1 egg, then salt (more than u think u need) and pepper, some paprika powder (always good on anything!), then add some flour so it gets more whole (ppl…
