So I'm Dutch and in this case he really doesn't mean bad but it's kind of a quirk of the language In English you would say "Wow cool, I didn't know you could make money with Excel sheets" Like you wrap it But in Dutch he just means about the same that he is not aware you could make money with it There's no value statement or opinion in this, that's what non-Dutch adds to it because it lacks the extra friendly (superficial) packaging
