For me it's the opposite: simple carbs make me tired and lethargic and bloated A big misconception is that only starches like rice, bread and potatoes are carbs But vegetables and fruit ARE carbs too! Berries are carbs! A banana is carbs! Brussels sprouts are carbs! But they're even better carbs called complex carbs You can literally just skip simple carbs (like white rice, regular bread and poatoes) and only eat complex carbs and you'll feel better because you'll have more stable energy…
