The expected return of indie vs VC I feel is oddly the same, if you're succesful you'll eventually end up at around $50M to $100M net worth Even billion dollar startups, the founders end up with only ~5% ownership on average, that is if they become successful at all The difference is that we don't have the stress of managing staff etc
