It's very tempting to want to micromanage every conclusion your child comes to, especially when it comes to their digital lives. True modeling isn't about showing them the right way to do things, it's about creating an environment where they can figure it out themselves. You can't do the heavy lifting of character building for your kid, they need to struggle with their devices and their decisions to truly learn. Thanks to @johndelony for the incredible conversation.
