Cold plunging during a windy, snowy winter storm! If challenging myself to push past comfort zones is crazy, then I don’t want to be normal. I didn’t have any stuck-in -the-house snow days. Luckily, I was able to embark on adventures every day. My snow days consisted of cold plunging, exercising, sledding, photo shoots, hot meals at home, and cleaning loads of snow off my car just to see if she could make it around town.
